Jamila and Company Security Services Inc (JCSSI) is a pioneer in the Philippine security industry. Established in 1951, we have been consistently among the top security agencies in the country. Our nationwide operations provide us the ability to deploy security guards to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Our security agency has been ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2004. We have been continually updating our Quality Management System and is currently aligning with ISO 9001:2008 to ensure that our products and services conform to the customer's requirements and achieve total customer satisfaction.
We are utilizing IT solutions for all our operational needs like personnel, payroll, billing, manpower movement and asset management. We share this know-how to our clients by providing them the best technology available. We also deploy automated systems and electronic security system to our customers to improve quality of our services.
We take good care of our security personnel by providing them the best training available. Our training facilities use the best audio visual devices, the rooms are fully air-conditioned, we make each session conducive to learning.
JCSSI implements paperless office in all official transactions, using email for all official communications, document management system for information management. We accept scanned documents from employees in lieu of the original, we allow transactions like file for Leave of Absence or Cash Advance through our website. We do not rely on paper as the sole means of keeping information but we tend to be more environmental friendly.

Jamila and Company Security Services Inc (JCSSI) is one of the few Security Services Provider with ISO certification for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. We have been ISO certified since 2004.
